The Hills Shire Council is running a survey to help better understand our residents’ experiences of disability and aged access and inclusion in The Hills Shire Local Government Area.


This survey is designed for people with disability, people with mobility challenges, families, carers and disability service providers.


If you would like to download and complete an Easy Read version of this survey, you may do so by clicking here.


Responses will inform the design of The Hills Shire Council’s 2026-2030 Disability Inclusion Action Plan.


We encourage the community to complete the survey below. Participants who complete the survey can enter a prize draw to win one of two $100 Eftpos Gift Cards. Read the prize draw terms and conditions here.

Get more involved by joining us in person or online for our community consultation workshop.

A light lunch will be provided after the consultation session for those who attend in person.
