The Hills Shire Council provides financial assistance through the Community Grants program under Section 356 of the Local Government Act 1991.
For-profit organisations are eligible to apply under the Arts, Culture & Events grant category in accordance with the requirements of Section 356.
Types of projects that may be funded include opportunities that support or deliver arts and cultural activities or events in The Hills Shire, with matching dollar-for-dollar funding.
At the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 14 October 2025, Council approved the following for-profit organisations to receive funding under this grant round.
Bosco W PTY LTD (Hills Food and Wine Festival)
‘Hills Food and Wine Festival’
Amount recommended: $16,000.00
The GPT Group (Rouse Hill Town Centre)
‘NYE at Rouse Hill Town Centre’
Amount recommended: $30,000.00
