The proposal is defined as Nominated Integrated Development under the provisions of Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, as approval is required from the Office of Water under the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000. The application is also referred to Transport for NSW pursuant to the State Environmental Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021 as a traffic-generating development.
The determining authority for this application is the NSW Government’s Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
