In accordance with Section 3.1 of Part A – Introduction of The Hills Development Control Plan 2012, notice is given that Council has received the following advertised development application for which Council is the consent authority.

The application, statement of environmental effects and plans are available for viewing via Council’s Online DA Tracking System.


Proposed Development: Section 4.55(1A) Modification to an Approved Concept Development Application and Stage 1 works for a mixed use development comprising of commercial and light industrial uses.

Description:

The proposal is a Section 4.55(1A) Modification Application to an Approved Concept Development Application and Stage 1 works for a mixed use development comprising of commercial and light industrial uses. The approved works also included the subdivision of the site into six lots. The proposed modification application seeks to reduce the number of approved lots for subdivision of the site from six to four lots.

The approved works included the draining/remediation/filling of a dam that is located across boundaries. The dam is located across three properties comprising Nos 283, 279Z and 279 Annangrove Road (the subject site). No. 279Z Annangrove Road is owned by The Hills Shire Council.

This Application is exhibited in accordance with the requirements of the Hills Shire Council Conflict of Interest – Council Related Development Policy (25/2021-2024 – Ordinary Meeting of Council 21/3/2023) and Schedule 1 Clause 9B of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
