In accordance with Section 3.1 of Part A – Introduction of The Hills Development Control Plan 2012 and Section 56 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, notice is given that Council has received the following ‘nominated integrated development’ application for which Council is the consent authority.

The application is categorised as integrated development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and approvals are required under the Water Management Act 2000 and Rural Fires Act 1997. The approval bodies for the integrated development referrals are the Department of Planning and Environment – Water and the Rural Fire Service.

The application, statement of environmental effects and plans are available for viewing via Council’s Online DA Tracking System.


Proposed Development: Subdivision creating 22 community title residential lots and one community association lot including demolition and roads.
