Consultation has concluded.
In accordance with Section 3.1 of Part A ‘Introduction’ of The Hills Development Control Plan 2012 and Section 56 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, notice is given that Council has received the following ‘threatened species development’ application for which Council is the consent authority.
Landcom is a listed Statutory State Owned Corporation and the proposal is categorised as a ‘Crown development application’ under Section 4.32(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
The application, statement of environmental effects, Biodiversity Development Assessment Report and plans are available for viewing via Council’s Online DA Tracking System.
Any person may make a written submission about this development application during the exhibition period. Where an objection is made, the submission must specify the grounds for the objection.
Proposed Development: Subdivision to create three development lots including a road.
