At its meeting on 13 May 2025, Council resolved to put the Draft Planning Proposal Policy on public exhibition.
What is the Draft Planning Proposal Policy?
The objective of the Planning Proposal Policy is to articulate Council's expectations with respect to new planning proposals.
It aims to establish clear, transparent and equitable frameworks within which Council will process and assess planning proposal applications, including opportunities for planning proposal proponents to address Councillors during the assessment process.
