At the Council Meeting on 14 April 2026, Council approved changes to the Sponsorship Policy and agreed to place it on public exhibition.
What is the Sponsorship Policy?
The Policy provides a clear and consistent framework for how Council will manage sponsorship arrangements it receives. This Policy applies only to sponsorship arrangements where Council is the recipient of financial support, in‑kind contributions, or other assistance from external organisations.
It ensures transparency, accountability, and fairness in all sponsorship activities, while supporting Council’s objectives to enhance community engagement, promote cultural vibrancy, and deliver high‑quality programs, services, and events.
