What is proposed?
We have received an application for a Section 4.55(2) Modification to an Approved Demolition of Existing Structures and Construction of a Mixed Use and Residential Flat Building Development over Five Stages.
The proposed modifications relate to alterations to Buildings D and F including an increase of the building height to allow for rooftop open space areas, removal of the south eastern corner of the basement footprint across all basement levels, increase the number of car parking spaces by 23 spaces, minor reduction of deep soil across the total site, amendments to the internal layouts of each floorplate including a change to the unit mix and reduction in overall unit yield from 219 units to 213 units, external changes associated to the internal layout amendments such as changes to the balcony and window locations.
As the application will exceed a development standard by over 10%, the Sydney Central City Planning Panel is the determining authority for this application.
