What we are doing:

We have received an application for a Section 4.55(2) Modification to an Approved Demolition of Existing Structures and Construction of a Mixed Use and Residential Flat Building Development over Five Stages.

The proposed modifications relate to design development alterations including re-orientation of Buildings E and G, alterations to the basement layout, changes to apartment mix and planning, external changes including increase in building height to facilitate coordination of services, modification of façade elements and revision of landscape plans. This modification application also seeks to amend several conditions of consent which will enable Buildings E and G to be developed independently of other stages.

The Sydney Central City Planning Panel is the determining authority for this application.
