We have received an application for a Section 4.55(1A) Modification to Approved Alterations and Additions to an Existing Pub (The Fiddler).

The application is for the modification of approved alterations and additions to an existing pub. Modifications include layout changes to increase the size of the gaming room and bar, minor external alterations to the building in association with the increased size of the gaming room and bar, minor landscape changes in front of the gaming room and the addition of a DDA-compliant lift to enable access from the ground floor to the courtyard.
