The proposal includes, but is not limited to, design changes to the retail works, introduction of new uses within the centre, façade changes and staging of the works. The works also include the following on public land: raised planters/landscape works, hotel awnings, paving, bench seating and bicycle racks. The determining authority for this application is the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
This Application is exhibited in accordance with the requirements of the Hills Shire Council Conflict of Interest – Council Related Development Policy (25/2024-2028 – Ordinary Meeting of Council 21/3/2023 and 10/06/2025) and Schedule 1 Clause 9B of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.
